I started the whole GC process Dec 2016 I got my EAD april 2017 and I got my interview date schedule for this month, My lawyer that filled in my GC application as cancer so he wont be following me along to the interview which wont be a problem but my main problem his I have a son a us citizen with my ex wife and I did include his name on my application but when my ex had our baby she had postpartum depression and because of that she didnt include my name on my son birth certificate, but he has my last name. Can i get a letter from my ex wife notarized stating that he his my son, or what should I do, or I should not take some photos of him with my current wife and me to the interview and hope the question about my son wont come up during the interview
