I am new here.. i would like to ask everyone who has experience in filing i-130 and i-485.
I became a US Citizen just recentlY. I am married to my wife for 2 years in the Philippines and she has a B1/B2 visa. Now she came to USA to adjust her status. Anyone knows how long is the timeline of 1-130 and i-485? Also We are considering to get married in the USA then file her i-130. Which option do you think is the fastest way to get her green card?
Option 1) file i-130 and Adjustment of status (i-485)
Option 2) marry her again in the USA then file i-130
