Adjustment of Status - I-485

I am about to submit mt AOS application. I hired a lawyer. She told me all I need to submit for now to prove is a binafide marriage is the lease, joint account, utility bill together. A couple of photos from wedding, and family events. His passport. Copy of social security card and 2 passport photos. I wanted to send copy of wedding invitation, rsvp cards sent and returned by our guests, letters family have sent to us addressed to both of us to show it is legitimate. But she says that is not necessary neither is his birth certificate. She said to take all other evidence to the interview. What do you guys think? Is his birth certificate not necessary? Should i send more evidence now... ?
