Hi everyone,
My case is based on marriage to USC. I submitted I485, I765, I130, I131 to NBC at the same time. PD is 08/16/17. Field office Washington DC.
I did bio 9/13/17 but thereafter nothing happened. I called customer service several times but they just told me to wait. I raised service request on Dec. They said I will receive a decision within 60 days.
I called the customer service again last Wednesday trying to expedite my case because of my medical issues. They said an officer will call me within 5 CALENDAR days regarding my request but I got nothing so far.
Now I'm thinking maybe I should contact Congressman or Senator. Or should I keep calling USCIS to expedite? It has been 166 days and the waiting is killing me.
Please help. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
