August 2017 Filer: NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED
Hi everyone,
I just received an email saying that my card is being produced. AFTER 167 DAYS!
RD: August 15, 2017 (I140, I765, I485)
I raised two SR and always received a generic answer.
On January 16, 2018, they received my expedite request sent by my attorney based on the financial loss to the individual. Also, stating that I am a nurse and there is a shortage in the area where the sponsoring institution is located.
On January 18, 2018, they completed my expedite request, but I never heard if the request was approved or denied.
Today January 29, 2018, I contacted Ombudsman at 1300 Eastern Time.
Later today I received an email saying that card is being produced!
Does anyone know when will the card arrive?
