9/30/17 Sent
10/2/17 Received by Vermont Service Centre
12/16/17 Raised first SR (75 days)
18/12/17 Received response to say there was no update
1/2/18 Raised second SR (90 days)
1/8/18 Received response to say there was no update
1/25/18 New card being produced
1/29/18 Card mailed
Am assuming I'll have it by Friday at the latest, meaning it'll be exactly 4 months since it was received. Was really worried it'd take more than 6 months. Cried when I saw the updated about it being produced!
