Hi all,
I'm doing an AOS through marriage. I was inspected when I came to the US back on 07. I did my biometrics too. During this time I begun to apply for jobs, and I think I have a good lead on a position that relates to my education.
My question is. - This job requires me to travel sometimes internationally, could I be able to apply for Advance Parole for work purposes with the EAD that I will receive with the AOS through marriage?
