EAD Renewal
Here's my experience with EAD(plus travel document) renewal.
Send it by myself, it took me 10 min to fill the form, get other documents and put in envelope. Very ease and no need for lawyers. Btw it is free, so no fee for renewal.
P.D. July 10. Msc Service center.
8/2 letter that they can re-use my finger print.
11/1 update address changed.
Never received letter that address is changed so I call uscis to make sure they update addressee and went for info pass to make sure that is changed correctly cuz i have bad previous experience whit uscis address change.
12/14 made SR and try to expedite my EAD, cuz my automatic 180 day extension was expiring on feb 18th, so I would lose my job.
12/20 got answer regarding my expedite bla, bla,bla. = didn't expedite...
1/12 contact uscis ombdusman. Submit SR I made, and also Info pass number as well as the letter form employer saying that if I dont bring ead Im gonna lose my job.
1/24 update that my ead is approved and the card is in production (200 days wait)
Dont give up, use your resources!
