PD Sept. 2016 -- haven't gotten Oakland Park interview?
Hi all, filed I-130 and I-485 concurrently on behalf of my spouse on Sept. 9, 2016. When I log in to our case, this is what I see: "On September 9, 2016, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC YYYY YYYY . Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case."
We have tried to be patient but are getting frustrated. At our last InfoPass, they told us they were way behind and it had nothing to do with our case, but we've seen people who filed after us get interviews scheduled. It's been a year-and-a-half. Anyone dealing with a similar experience? Even though their site says they're working on October 2016 we haven't heard a word...thanks.
