Hi guys
I really need your advice please.
Just want to be honest with you because i trust you as my family.
I applied for AOS based on USC marriage on 01/14/2017 and have my interview next week.
Before and while I was in the process of EAD I worked illegally but they used to pay me cash but four times I got paid with check and I cashed the check out in private cash store but the name on the check was not my real name but they took my government id in the store.
Now my question is, if by any chance officer ask me, have I ever worked illegally? What would be the best answer by me ? And also can Uscis find out if someone worked illegally even though if they get paid with cash ?
I’m kind of stressed out now and really nervous.
Any answer will be highly appreciated friends.
