N 400 No update after interview, office responded inquiry as we are in process of scheduling oath
I didnt have any online update after interview which was 3 weeks ago. I have called to speak with an immigration officer and was told it is in review (it was recommended for approval at interview). A week ago I made an e-request through website to check and picked case outside normal processing times option. 31st January I received a response from Queens Field Office saying I am in the process of being scheduled for an oath ceremony and will be mailed with time, day and place.

Normally those updates are shown at online status but it stopped after interview and I only have the word of an anonymous officer from field office. Has anybody have had any experience similar to this? Having e mailed a response about their case track after inquiries? Please share similar experiences with L2 officers on phone or e requests prior to oath ceremony letter receipt. It is frustrating to learn about your case by your own means rather than getting updates regularly. I am trying to figure out if they scheduled me and sent a letter of just put me in line? And how long it usually takes to get the letter. I am in Queens,NY.
