Following is my timeline:
11/03/17-H4 EAD c (26) category application sent to Phoneix by FedEx
11/06/17-Application received
11/15/17-Application rejected due to extra money sent for biometric screening which was not required in my case
11/20/17-Application received by my lawyer via USPS. Updated amount check sent same day via FedEx overnight priority
11/21/17-Application received and Vermont Processing Center was assigned
01/20/18-1st SR raised. Expected Reply 11th Feb, 2018
VSC reply:
“We researched the case and found that your case is currently in line for processing. We process cases in order which they are received and will assign case to an officer as soon as possible. We regret that we cannot provide a definitive timeframe on the processing of your application, but assure you that we are committed to the timely processing of applications for employment authorizations”.
02/03/18-Card/Document Production.
