Hi everyone!!
I’m new on this website. And if somebody could help me with some info will be nice.
My wife is a permanent resident and we filled the petition on November 2016. On California office it shows that the date is current. No news so far. Can somebody give me some hints, or when should I expect the i-30 to be approved and how long does it take to have the interview, just an estimation will be great, or if somebody experienced a same story I ll be glad if he/she will share?
Now I’m waiting in my mother country and on this time my wife is in US. My lawyer said that I will have the interview in my country. But I would like to know if I will have the interview alone or my wife has to come as well for it?
