Can someone tell me what is " still pending for consideration"
Acknowledgement received from USCIS : oct 19th 2017
expedite request - Jan -2 2018 - denied
SR1- Jan 12 2018 - response for as "in line for processing"
L2 officer - Spoke to 2nd level officer and he was so nice and he said he will notify Vermont center to issue me the EAD card immediately or update online about the status.
SR2 - jan 18 2018 - in line for processing and will assign officer as soon as possible
Sr3 - Jan 29th 2018 - " still pending for consideration and cannot give a timeframe "
Now I am sick and also afraid of raising SRs. Can any one tell me what that last SR means??
