EAD taking forever
Hello everyone!
I have been a silent reader for a while now, and thank God I'm on the last steps of this long long process. But right now I have an issue and i need some help. My question is, has anyone ever had some type of document given to you by your field office saying that your work permit is still under review for more than 90 days? My job recently suspended me for having an expired EAD.
Here's my timeline:
BROUGHT TO US AS A CHILD IN 1995
GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL-2004
DUI ARREST- MARCH 2010
DUI EXPUNGEMENT - APRIL 2015
APPLIED FOR DACA - MAY 2015
DACA APPROVED WITH EAD - FEB 2016
GOT MARRIED TO USC - FEB 2016
GOT ADVANCE PAROLE APPROVED - MARCH 2017
APPLIED FOR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS - MAY 2017
SENT EAD FORM- SEP 2017
INTERVIEWED- 1/31/2017
AS OF NOW, MY CASE IS STILL PENDING ON ALL 4 FORMS ( I-131, I- 765, I-130, I-485)
