I about to submit my application for AOS (i-130,i-485,i-765,i-131) based on marriage to a us, I'm trying to get as much supporting evidence in the applocation,
On the instructions it says I need to include affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having a personal knowledge of the bonafides ofthe marital relationship. Each affidavits should include.......
My question is we have one motorised affidavit from my wife's parents but the letter from my parents is not notorised since in my country notary it's difficult to get that since my parents are in remote areas.
Is ok to submit only one notorised from my wife's parents or we must include the untorised from my parents also.
