Hello All,
Please i need your advice, is it okay to call USCIS between 76th and 80th day of pending EAD with no update yet, I really need a job, lots of bills to be settled and tired of not doing anything. Is it right to request to speak with tier 2 officer when i call them because most time the guys that picks seems not have enough information,and still tell you what you have on your status. Please any response will be appreciated. Thanks.
