I sent my i131, i765 and my i485 on August 2017.
-On Sept12, 2017 I got the notice that they got my papers on August 31st, 2017, and saying that the next step was to get the biometrical appointment.
-On October 28, 2017 I got a notice THAT HAS BEEN MAILED TWICE BECAUSE IT GOT LOST THE FIRST TIME saying that I needed to send the new form i130A because the G-325A that I sent before was no longer being accepted.
-On December 20, 2017, I got my certified mail paper back saying that they received my papers on December 12 but I never got a official notice from USCIS.
-On January 5, 2018 , I got the notice that my employment authorization and my travel document have been accepted .
As of today I haven't received ANY biometrical appointment or notice and I am so depressed and frustrated because my travel visa expired and I cant even get to drive my car legally with a drivers license.
I can't get to talk to a real person whenever I call the USCIS customer service, is there any other number or any option I should know to talk to real people?
What should I do, my lawyer says I just have to wait because the process started back on December when I sent the i130A. NOOOOOO :(
