For people whose field office is Queens, NY here is what is going on with my case after a month after interview:

I have made infopass, e-inquiry, talked to L2 officers (3 times). Received different statuses from each over the course of weeks and completely inconsistent.

First I called L2 officers who told me it is under supervisor review I just have to wait. Made an online inquiry and received a response from field office back in 31st January that I am being scheduled for an oath ceremony.
Here comes the weirdest one: I had an infopass yesterday and when they checked my status they said my case went to quality review and is being checked for criminal checks,etc....How the hell??? I have waited for interview for 9 months!! what did you guys do in 9 months? I told the officer that interviews are scheduled after background checks and I was approved in the interview how come it is going to be checked again? Also I told her that I received an email saying I am being scheduled for oath yet what she is telling me is I am under review AFTER I received that email, it is so inconsistent. She said I am being impatient and have to wait 4 weeks of wait is nothing. I told her people finish their oath ceremonies in a month without waiting yet my online status still says interview scheduled.

Anybody in this situation? Having vague answers and waiting over a month in Queens? I have requested senators help because I think this is an unnecessary hold up considering it will be a year next month that I have submitted my application.

Who responds to online inquiries anyway? I dont know which one to believe.
