At the end of December 2017 I sent packet with forms to Chicago lockbox. My and my husband live in Florida ( Fort Walton)
January 8 2018- paperwork received
January 15 2018- received 3 letters 797C
On one letter they said that NBC from MO is handling my case and that next step should be receiving my biometrics.
February 7 2018 I made a service call because it was already 30 days and no biometric appointment. ( was told to wait 15 days) . I was given a reference number.
February 13 - no updates ( not even online)
Is is normal to wait so long for biometrics appointment ?
