Still waiting for interview to be rescheduled
Hello everyone, my interview was cancelled in August 2017, since then, they haven't rescheduled another interview. Have done 2 service requests, and they said it's still under normal processing,called the customer service and I spoke with the level 2 officer multiple times. I filled from Georgia, but my Zip code falls under Alabama jurisdiction. So Alabama is my field office. My initial interview that was cancelled was at Alabama.My PD is October 2016. Is anyone else in this same situation? I called the customer service on Monday and they said no interview is rescheduled yet.
