Traveling internationally while OPT extension application is pending
Hello fellow applicants!
I have a question: Can a f1 student whose OPT extension application is still pending with USCIS (old EAD is expired) travel internationally and re-enter US? Will there be any risks? What does your DSO say about it?
My DSO says its risky but another University says its fine until you have your i20, Visa and passport valid.
