We had our interview on 1/32/18 to adjust my Husband status. His medical was exported so the officer told us to get a new one and bring it the following Tuesday which we did. I’ve been checking the website every day and it still says case waiting to be scheduled. Last night I saw the 130 changed to case approves. But my husband did not sleep all night, since someone told him the 1485 usually get approved at the same time. Like what does that mean, should we get a lawyer. We’ve been married three years. Can anyone answer help!!!
