October 17th USCIS received my response to RFE
Raised 3 service request but nothing
Contacted ombudsman Jan 25th
On 02/02 ombudsman sent me an email saying they sent an inquiry to USCIs
02/14 at 1:00pm CST received email and text notification:CARD being produced
I was almost over with this process at day 166 days!
NBC center, Boston field office ! Hope this helps someone
