Hi,
I went to vancouver, canada for H1B renewal and my wife's H1B to H4 change of status.
officer looked at our resumes and both of us have PhDs.
We were given administrative processing 221g white form.
No other documentation was requested. I am told it will be atleast 2-4 weeks for the admin processing. has anyone experienced the same ? is there any way we can expedite the process ?
I am worried about how long it is going to take.
