Ombudsman?
I am thinking of contacting the ombudsman. Its been 135 days and I still haven't heard anything. I contacted the congressman and he didn't sound too sure that the USCIS will get back to him.
I tried to contact my lawyer to ask if its okay to contact the ombudsman, but haven't heard from him either.
Should I go ahead and contact ombudsman? Will it leave a red flag on my case or something? confused right now.
