Situation with H-1B and EAD when laid off
Hello all,
I had my H1B approved last year in December 2017 and I had also applied for my EAD extension in December as my H1B approval got delayed because of RFE. I have not obtained my EAD card yet and it is still in process.
I got laid off last week and I have 60 days of period for my H1B transfer to another company. But if I don't find a job with in 60days, can I continue to stay and look for job with my EAD? Please advice. Your help will be much appreciated.
