Adjustment of Status - I-485

i-130 CASE IS RECEIVED
Checking to see if anyone has experiences this. I filed for my parents in DALLAS concurrently with PD of Apr 2017. I-485 has been ready for interview to be schedule since Sep 2017 while status on their I130 still says "Case is received". There has been no communications whether RFE needed or I130 is approved. I also called and had an SR but it has been over a month and nothing as well.
