Hi guys,
I need some clarification about EAD Card automatic extension of up to 180 days while await on my green card interview.
Is anyone has been filled for EAD card for an extension? Please I need help, my EAD card is about to expire em April still wait on my interview.
What forms I need to send to get an automatic extension?
Should I filled up the form I-485 and send together with my previews I-765 receipt ? or I only need the I-765 form ?
If the I-765 is the form, is that category which apply to my case? "(c)(9) -Pending Adjustment of Status under Section 245 of the Act"
Please any idea guys? anything will be helpful
