Response to call on December 29th received January 13th advising that they are still reviewing our case
Info Pass on January 30th,2018
During the INFO pass visit. My husband and I was very calm and professional with the staff. TBH the staff dealt with us very professional.
The officer that assisted us was so kind. She advised us that the I130 was approved on January 29th , 2018. The day before we went on the info pass.
We were so happy when we heard the good new.
She advised that the officer who had our case was no longer working there and as such our case was assigned to another officer.
She also added that they had sent us an RFE for new medical back in July 2017. We did not receive it and every time I called customer service I ask them if they needed anything and reminded the level two officer that my medical was expired.
I asked about the I485 she said they can’t make a decision on an expired medical and the officer who now had our
Case told her she sent out a RFE for a new medical two days ago
I asked her if I could go do the medical and take it back to her because I’m scared
They will not get it. She said sure and gave me her name and days for work.
We left and went to my doctor and took care of it immediately
I took the medical in and two days late my card was in production
They mailed out the card on February 13th and card received on February 17 2018. It’s a 10 year
Card. A stressful waiting process but I’m happy with the end result.
God is good. Thanks to everyone for the support and encouragement.
