Hi all! I am a Los Angeles filer, adjusting status from H1-B visa based on marriage with USC. Are there any other H1-B holders that could share their experiences/timelines? Does the process take any faster for your guys?
Here's my timeline so far:
PD 10/26/2017
Bio 11/30/2017
No EAD, no interview notice. My H1-B is still valid for two more years, so EAD is not an issue, but it's been 82 days since last action and I am actually expected to travel for work this summer, so I am wondering if it is an appropriate time to raise an SR. Any advice is appreciated!
