Hello Everyone,
I am a F1 and about to apply for adjustment of status through marriage . I have series of questions running through my mind and i will like people who have pass through the same situation to share their advice or opinion.
1. I will be graduating in December 2018, if I apply now for AOS,what will happen to my student status,
2. I am in Dallas, and got married December 2017.Considering the back lock in dallas, do you think I should wait till December 2018 to apply for AOS, so by the time I am called for interview i can get the 10 years green card and by cut removing condition. Or I should go ahead and apply now, wait for close to a year for interview and then remove the condition later on.
