Never heard back.
Started calling and submitting SR in October, 2017.
Multiple service request since October, 2017, kept on telling me it's still pending.
November, 2017 still pending.
January, 2018 still pending.
Contacted senator as well.
Has job offer on the line.
Don't know what to do anymore. Tier 2 officers kept on hanging up on me saying they don't have new information.
