I-485 AOS for Parent Timeline
Hello there, I wanted to add my experience because the information shared on this forum was tremendously helpful through out the process. I had some hiccups along the way I hope you can learn from. Please be careful when completing the application, it already takes such long time. Don't make it any longer. Here is my timeline.

Myself: Petitioner/Sponsor
Mother: Beneficiary (H1-B, Indiana)

3/20/17: Filed concurrently I-130, I-485, I-765. This application was rejected because I forgot to date the check! We had to submit a new application.
4/4/17: Priority Date
5/5/17: Biometrics appointment
7/26/17: I-765 approved, EAD card mailed
10/26/17: I-485 green card interview
Two things happened 1/ Did not have a copy of birth certificate available so had to mail that in. Without that, they were going to deny her. 2/ I was unable to attend the interview with my mom due to circumstances beyond my control. I scheduled an Info Pass appointment several weeks later and I strongly believe that helped the process along.
11/30/17: I-130 approved
2/21/18: I-485 approved
Just waiting for the green card to be mailed. All the best to everyone out there!
