EAD Question
Hi Everyone,
My EAD/AP is currently valid, it expires May 1st 2018. I applied for the renewal 2 weeks ago and got the reciepts yesterday.
My question is: can I travel on my current valid EAD? Even though my renewal is pending? From what I understand, I can travel on my current EAD/AP, but then once it expires on May1st, I will not be able to travel until i have the new one in hand. (but i can still work due to the EAD 180 automatic extension, this extension doesnt count for AP though). I am planning on going away in April 2018 for 4 days, back on the 16th.
