Hello every one,
I applied to renew my EAD on October 2017. They received it by 12/19/17.
My current EAD is due to expire in one day,and my employer requesting more evidence to keep me work.I tried to explain to my employer that I am eligible for an automatic extension of 180 days since my application. I went back to manager with the immigration new law that allow me to work automatically as long as I have already applied to renew my current EAD. Yet ,my employer is requesting more hard evidence,I hope that will do the e- verify to see my eligibility.
Any one with the same experience? any thoughts and ideas? thank you very much!
