H1B 221G Yellow Slip
Hi Everyone,
I appeared for an H1B interview on December 12th 2017. This was my third H1B visa interview in Toronto. I work as FTE for american firm. My interview was smooth and I was hoping to get my visa approved, however visa officer said that she is willing to issue visa however system wants more information. After that she returned my passport and handed over 221G Yellow slip on which it was mentioned to submit my resume with my masters degree project details. I provided resume through email om same day, however since then they requested same resume 3 times and then agian when they requested fourth time they asked for specific format which they never asked or mentioned earlier. Again, I submitted resume with requested format on 30th Jan 2018. After that I have been following up via emails and they are providing same response that they are monitoring my case closely and will conclude my case once administrative review will be completed. I don’t know how long it gonna take.
If anyone had same experience at Toronto consulate please share your experience and rough timeline about the duration of whole process.
Thanks
