Any one from Colombia?
We had out interview 2 days ago and based on the B2 visa that my husband applied for they drilled us about whether or not he was married before in Colombia. He had a long term relationship for 7 years and applied with this woman for a visa with plans to travel to the USA. They broke up and that never happened. We were told that we need to wait 30 days for the letter. Is there anyone from Colombia that can explain this "common union" law to me in more details? I am so upset and sick to my stomach as we had everything in order and a lot of proof and tons of pictures and the interviewer even said that. Please.... any advice or thoughts would be appreciated. I feel like I am losing my mind.
