Hello everyone
This forum is life saving and giving hope to those who still waiting for EAD
I am US citizen and my husband is the reason why I have registered here.
We filed in September (New York)
Sep 18 2017 case received
Category C9
Office: NBC
Biometrics done October 17, 2017
We have been waiting for more than 5 month now and nothing changed on USCIS website
Still saying " Case received...bla..bla..bla"
Raised 2 SR 1/30 and 2/15 No respond
It was not even assigned to anyone
Faxed application with all the form attached to Ambudsman office 2 days ago and received confirmation from them stating that they will look in to the issue.
So I hope that something will change soon.
Does anybody else here from September can share some info regarding this matter?
