5 months of waiting
It has been 5 months since our interview in NYC. No updates, no nothing. Service Request was put 3 times, the answer came only once and looked like a template a.k.a. "we are still working on your case".
Called the USCIS (was told my case was viewed on January 8th) , tried to contact a congrasswoman (no result), and just made an infopass appointment for March 2nd.
The question is: my husband is buying me a car and my drivers liscence states that I am a temporary visitor date until 2015 . The dealership needs an updated SOMETHING , meaning some proof that I am here legally. I am planning to go to DMV on Monday, do you guys know what I should request from them?
