I693 - Medical Exam Form
So I would like to share this to all of you guys and I found it pretty funny lol

Before I submitted the whole AOS package back in August 2017, I had consulted with a local field USCIS officer. She gave me like a guideline from USCIS of what documents needed to submit and such. There is a line that says:" DO NOT submit I693 form with your AOS package, bring the form to the interview appointment instead" . So I followed everything in the guide she gave me.

Today, after 6 months, I received a letter saying that the evidence submitted is not sufficient to complete adjudication due to the lack of "A completed and signed I-693 was not submitted" lol I don't know if this has impacted my case at all or not, but I have had this I693 form ready since July 2017. Perhaps, by the time of the interview, I might have to pay the doctor fees again since this form is only valid for a year.

So if you are going to submit your AOS package, I would say just inlcude the I693 form in there for the heck of it
