This process is getting very frustrating. My PD is Dec 19th,2016 and the interview is still in line for scheduling. A friend who's PD was 12/05/2016 received an interview call on 01/08/2018 and was interviewed on 02/15/2018. I don't understand the reason for delay.
I delayed my travel plans. It is so discouraging that this process is taking almost 1 year and 6 month to finish.
