How to contact Ombudsman
Hello Everyone,
I need some guidelines on how to contact ombudsman. My timeline is as below:
Sep 19, 2017: Filed application for EAD renewal. L2 EAD
22 Sep 2017: received case ID. case assigned to california service center.
Raised 2 SRs in between, standard answer. Your case is withing processing time.
15 Feb 2018: received RFE for additional evidence.
22 Feb 2018: USCIS received documents
26 Feb 2018: Called USCIS and raised expedite request.
I have a offer letter in hand. Now how can I submit the supporting documents for the expedite request?
Also, how to contact ombudsman? Is there any link or email address for the same?
