It has been taken more then 210 days for my EAD application (@MSC). Does anybody have similar experience and know what to do next?

2st SR: Completed on 12/07/2017 but no actual action was performed
3rd SR: 02/15/2018 (is currently not assigned for processing)
4rd SR: 02/22/2018 (is currently not assigned for processing)
Contacted Congressman on 02/14/2018 (awaiting on USCIS update)
