I kind of wanted to share with you all and also have anyone share if they are or were in this situation.
So me my husband got married almost a year ago, and we filed for his AOS in the end of Sept 2017.
This is our Timeline...
PD 10/20/17
Notice of Action (i-797) 11/10/17
Got an RFE 11/24/17
Biometrics 12/01/17
Replied to RFE 12/19/17
and still waiting, only thing that is bothering me is I haven't been able to check the case status at all online, it just says the receipt number is incorrect, anyone else waiting in Sacramento, CA area? Please share
