Hi guys!
To me it seems that the category 9 EAD process time depends on the type of AOS application. Apparently for USC relevants ( concurrently filed I-130 and I-485) it moves much faster than GC holder relevants. Could you all guys with long pending time comment this with your AOS type to make a conclusion?
