L2 EAD - Nebraska December 2017
Hi Everyone,

I thought I would share my experience after having spent so many hours reading posts on this forum.

- Case Received - 6th Dec 2017
- Contacted Congressman (after having spoken to my lawyer) to expedite my case - 22nd Feb
- Congressman got back to me a few minutes after and was extremely helpful, I sent him my story alongside some documents and he contacted the USCIS Nebraska- 26th Feb
- New Card Being Produced - 5th March

Total - 89 days - Waiting for card to be delivered

If you have a good case - you can find a list of reasons to expedite your case online - I would strongly recommend getting in touch with your congressman because according to my lawyer and current delays for the Nebraska center, I was expecting to receive my EAD in May. It really made the difference.

Does anyone know how long does it currently take between New Card Being Produced and the receiving the actual card?

Thanks and Good Luck to everyone,
