TPS adjusting status in the 9th circuit
Anyone going through adjustment of status on TPS in the 9th circuit please share your experience so far. Due to a recent case that won in the 9th circuit where a Tps recipient married to a US citizen adjusting status without having to leave the country, with the advice of my lawyer I went and filed myself. My husband is aUS citizen and before this case, if you came in illegally you had to leave the country and file from your native country. Please please if anyone is going through this process let’s help each other out and share experiences. Much appreciated
