Hello everyone,
We have filed our package from NY
AOS based on marriage to a US citizen, gay marriage.
Our field office is Lee Summit, Missouri
How can we check the processing time from the website ?? Should i click on Kansas city, MO ??
Our PD is October 2017 .. we have our birthday on April, we wanted to travel abroad but when i filed for AP document i have mentioned that i might use it in case of family emergency ! You think it will be a problem if we use it in another purpose ??
And to be honest, We have no more patience .. they say everything we need to do we need a copy for the immigration officer.. that takes our energy, i have his credit card, his passwords, he has mine .. we share everything ! We still not able to find a free time to open a joint account since i recently started working.. Also they don’t approve us online because i just got my social security.. any ideas ? Support ? Processing time ? Hope ? Please
