Secondary Inspection on every visit - how can I resolve?
Not sure where to post this question in the forum. I received my Green Card 5 months ago but still have to go through Secondary Inspection when I enter the USA through an airport.
It started happening long before becoming a resident because I brought a guitar once and CBP assumed I am here to perform music on an ESTA visa waiver which is not permitted. I admitted that I played some performances that were strictly without pay and they let me go but every time since that I have to go through Secondary, even now that I am a permanent resident.
How can I safely and effectively remove this red flag on my passport?
